this man, is undoubtably a genius! through the years, mclaren has claimed that punk began in his house, and he has managed one of the world biggest bands of all time, the sex pistols. now known as one of modern pop cultures main men, he has done alot for this society we live in today. he even introduced hip-hop to the UK. 'i was born into a chaotic world, where bad is good and to be good is simply boring', he says. he grew up with his grandmother during the punk era mostly, becoming a wanderer of the world, searching for the next big trend or the new idea. to have put up with the drama that came with the sex pistols would be quite challenge for most, but mclaren stuck through, and even proclaim sid vicious was innocent to not killing his girlfriend of the time, nancy spungen. though malcolm mclaren had the life, thats for sure. he lived with critically acclamied designer vivienne westwood, and managed on of the worlds most famous bands. he was and still remains to be a fashion and musical icon. though more of a relaxed man today, and less outgoing as he was. you could walk right by him in teh streets and not know he was special. mclaren, the man who now drinks rose, and dresses in the most unremarkable suits, still strives to find the new ideas, always fascinated by what could be next. an example to live by for sure, go malcolm mclaren!
